Orders are carefully packed and shipped as soon as possible.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: approximately 3–7 business days
• Worldwide: approximately 7–20 business days

Please note that international deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs.

✧ Can I return an item?

As every vintage and handmade piece is carefully selected or created as a unique item, returns are limited.

Returns are accepted only if:

• the order was placed within Poland
• the item arrived damaged or you received a different item than the one ordered

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Please contact us before sending anything back - we will guide you through the process and help resolve the issue.
