Terms & Conditions of Sale - Retrokilly

1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern purchases made through the Retrokilly online store (the “Site”).

The Site is operated by an individual seller based in Poland.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these T&Cs.

2. Products

Retrokilly specializes in vintage and second-hand clothing and accessories.

Every item is unique and may show signs of age or previous use, including minor imperfections, fading, wear, or other characteristics associated with vintage garments.

These characteristics are not considered defects where they are consistent with the item's described condition.

We aim to provide:

Accurate photographs
Measurements
Product descriptions
Condition information

Customers should carefully review all available information before purchasing.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in polish zloty, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout where applicable.

Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

4. Orders & Payment

By completing an order through the Site, the customer submits an order to purchase the selected item.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include card payments and other payment services provided through Shopify Payments or other payment providers.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the customer has received an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraudulent activity, payment problems, obvious pricing errors, or inventory errors.

Where payment has already been received and an order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Poland.

Typical processing time is 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply and are generally the responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers purchasing online within the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period begins when the customer receives the purchased item.

Nothing in these T&Cs is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

7. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where applicable, customers retain their statutory rights concerning the conformity of goods and liability for defects under applicable Polish and European law.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, strikes, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

Nothing in these T&Cs limits liability where such limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, graphics, branding, text, logos, and other original content published on the Site are owned by or used lawfully by Retrokilly.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Personal Data

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where applicable, customers have rights under the GDPR, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability.
